Perfect for the deck, it’s heavy and feels premium like it should be at least double the cost. I also like how deep it is so ash will stay contained unlike a shallow ashtray.

How many days til opening night?
Here’s what I propose-
We each bring a different bottle of bourbon to my house. My lovely Kate pours a small glass of Bourbon A for each of us. We take notes individually and rate them. Then on to the next Bourbon without knowing which Bourbon we’re drinking and we take notes and rate.
In the end Ill compile the notes and reveal which ones we enjoyed the most.
Id like when you buy the 750 ml bottle to take note of the cost so we can include that in the results.
Maybe we can have the guys from @northshorewhiskey come by and tell us things to look for but I kinda want our uneducated results to be unfiltered.
Some Bourbon that I think should be in the discussion: Woodford Reserve, Angel’s Envy, Buffalo Trace, Bulleit, Elijah Craig, Knob Creek, Makers Mark, Four Roses.
Being new to it and having tried only five or so I feel like I’m starting to develop certain likes. It will be interesting to see how we all enjoy and rate each bourbon when we’re tasting them blind without knowing the prices or looking at the fancy bottles.
I’m open to suggestions.
Now that the Cavs got swept and Lebro’s contract is up 99% of Basketball talk is about where Lebron May end up. The Warriors just won the title last night and every meme on Twitter has zero to do with Golden State and everything to do with where Lebron May end up next year. Franchises and star players are coming out of the woodwork to slurp Lebron in hopes of trying to lure him.
Please please please Danny Ainge- no.
Whatever team he goes to becomes “Lebron’s Team” without any other identity. Sports writers will refer to the team with phrases like “Can Lebron beat the Warriors” not “Can the Celtics beat the Warriors”
I’d want to puke.
I believe a Celtics team with a healthy Kyrie and Hayward can compete with anyone in the league.
Winning a Championship with Lebron would feel hollow.
In fairness I cringe when sports writers refer to NFL games involving our local squad- “Can Brady beat the Broncos”. It’s totally disrespectful to the other players on the team. This isn’t Brady’s fault obviously, it’s just the way it is.
Hard pass on Lebron to Boston. Please don’t give him even a second of time coming to Boston and stroking his already enormous ego when he goes on his “suck my dong” tour this summer.
Hard pass. Please just no.
They should just castrate all us evil men right when we leave the womb and get it over with.
The 2017-18 Celtics Salary Cap Is $99,093,000.
Gordon Hayward Salary $29,727,900
Kyrie Irving Salary $18,868,625
Shane Larkin Salary $1,524,305
Daniel Theis Salary $815,615
Combined Salary of Injured Players- $50, 936,445 which is over half of the salary cap of the entire team and they are one win away from going to the Finals.
Counting just Hayward and Irving’s Salaries = $48,596,525 which is just under 50% of the entire team salary.
In what bananaland scenario does that not qualify for a single coach of the year vote?
Let’s Go C’s!!!!!!!!!!
My Lord I Love This Goddamn Team!
I hope we get to see Morris go at it with Draymond…
